Booking-day information

Arrival and payment

Arrival window

We always try to arrive early, and about 90% of the time we arrive on time or early. Because traffic and parking can be unpredictable, your selected time begins a 30-minute arrival window.

Remaining balance

Your remaining balance is due before the entertainment begins.

Payment methods

Cash is preferred. We also accept Zelle, Venmo and Cash App. Business clients may pay by invoice using a credit or debit card.

Travel fees

Simple fees by package and location

Ultimate Party Package

Queens & Brooklyn: No travel fee
Manhattan & The Bronx: $19
Westchester, Nassau & Staten Island: $35
New Jersey: $50

Face Painting & Balloon Twisting

One entertainer: No travel fee within 10 minutes of an MTA subway station; $50 beyond 10 minutes.

Two or more entertainers: The same location fees as the Ultimate Party Package.
